超高分子聚乙烯

超高分子量聚乙烯板材经压制成型制得。有普通型与增强型二类,具有无可比拟的耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐冲击、耐低温、自润滑,增水性及不粘性等综合性能。

可广泛应用于煤矿、化工业金矿、火力发电、矿山机械等部门制作装煤、矿石矿粉、水泥、石灰、谷粉、食盐之类的料斗、料仓、滑槽,以及矿石车厢的衬里,由于具有优良的自润滑性,不粘性,不冻结,不但可使物料输送稳定,大大提高输送效率,而且使用寿命长,节省能耗,降低成本。
